Field Service Representative

The Field Service Representative will serve as a conduit of information between the job site (customer and subcontractors) Dispatch, Sales, QC & Operations departments. The position will serve as on-site representation and ensure that both customer and company needs & expectations are met on any job (e.g., testing, truck turns, safety, product quality, etc.) and that critical jobsite information is relayed back to the Dispatch department so that service adjustments can be made. Additionally, this position will work as a partner with the Sales group to elicit information from the customer related to both short and long-term future projects and relay that information to Sales & Operations to assist in new business generation and sales & production forecasting.
