CRMCA Driver of the Year Awarded to Sunrock’s Brian Winstead

• Brian competed against the best of the best from North and South Carolina and won first place in this year’s event. To win, Brian had to have the highest overall score in a written exam that tested his knowledge of the Concrete Delivery Professional Program and in a precision obstacle course that tested his ability to maneuver a mixer through various challenges.
• In addition to a cash prize and a trophy, Brian gets to travel to San Diego, California this September to compete in the National Mixer Driving Championship sponsored by the NRMCA.
• This is the second time Sunrock has won first place in the regional challenge. Eddie Ellis had the same honor in 2009.
• Brian joins a proud group of Sunrock winners who have collectively gathered three CRMCA Driver of the Year Awards and two first place finishes in the CRMCA rodeo.
